Sure Step is a proprietary chemical that is fine-tuned to break down only the soft bonds in floors. The diluted Ph level is ~9.0 and can be dispensed down the drain.
Sure Step, nor Warren Enterprises LLC makes no claims about preventing ALL slips and falls. Our guarantee is solely that floors will maintain above-standard DCOF if properly maintained. Detergents, grease, or dirt will reduce the effectiveness of the treatments. Should there be any issues, Sure Step will clean and evaluate the surfaces. If DCOF is restored after cleaning, a $100 fee will be charged. If there is still a loss of DCOF, then the portion of the floor will be re-treated at no-charge.
